Returns Policy

Please read through our returns policy thoroughly before contacting us or returning goods.

We offer a no-hassle returns policy and will happily accept items returned back to us in their original undamaged packaging in a resalable condition for a full refund.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date with proof of purchase, please contact us to arrange for a returns number.

Returned shipping costs are not refundable.

We check all orders sent out thoroughly but we are only human at the end of the day and occasionally we can make mistakes. If you need to return an item we will happily exchange or refund you the money back using the original payment method.

It is your responsibility to return items in a secure and safe manner, please ensure that the postage delivery covers the insurance value of the items as we will not be held responsible for lost items being returned to us.

- We offer a 30 day returns period for items purchased that you ordered incorrectly or have changed your mind. These items must be returned in the undamaged original packaging.
- We are unable to accept the items where the packaging has been damaged, in the case of clothing we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn.
- We are unable to accept returns for special order items such as bikes that have been ordered specifically for you.
- We are unable to offer refunds for consumable products like energy bars, food or supplements, safety equipment or under garments.

Returning Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you have received an item that has been damaged or is faulty please contact us at Lee Valley Cycles first before returning the item as many issues can be resolved without incurring shipping costs.

All items purchased from Lee Valley Cycles will be covered by the manufacturers warranty. Each manufacturer offers different warranty terms but this will normally cover faults and defects but will not cover problems caused by poor fitment/assembly by the customer.

How To Return Your Item

Lee Valley Cycles will not cover the cost of items returned if you have changed your mind on an item.

If your item is being returned due to a fault the return cost will normally be covered by us, the amount of return costs will be agreed and arranged by Lee Valley Cycles once a fault return number has been issued by us.
Do not return an item for fault claim without first receiving confirmation and a returns number first.

If you need to return an item please include your proof of purchase we cannot offer refunds without proof of purchase.
